Two Great Daddy's

Today my youngest son became a father.  He has a little daughter, now, named Madelyn.  He looks so proud of his daughter as he holds her in his arms.  She seems to recognize his voice.  She will hear it a lot as he talks to her, reads to her, laughs with her.  Ana is her cousin.  They both share the same last name.  Their dad's are brothers.  My sons.  Both of them are fathers to little girls.  For one it's the beginning of hair bows and ruffled panties.  For the other it's all that and a stash of Hello Kitty band-aids in his wallet, ready for any cut or scratch.  I am so happy for both of them.  I couldn't be any prouder than I am.  Great sons.  Great daddy's.  With much love, Mom.
